Summer invites us to experience life with all our senses: to feel the sun on our skin, to breathe deeply, and to enjoy the small moments. We will celebrate the sun, but also cool down, creating moments of inner freshness and true summer feeling.

What to expect
In this summer-inspired yoga session, we will begin with the cooling Sitali breath to gently refresh. We will then flow like a warm summer breeze through a creative variation of the Sun Salutation B—powerful, energizing, and inviting in the sun!
To close, we will sink into a calm yin “beach” pose, where you can fully relax imagining the warm sand and the rhythm of the waves. In this space, you will set your personal summer intention that will accompany you through the sunny season right into autumn.
The active part of the session lasts about 30 minutes, and afterwards there is the option to share and connect for about 10 minutes.
The session will be recorded and will be available to you for one month afterwards (until August 8th, 2026).

What do I need for the session?
A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and water. We don’t need any other props, but I do like to have 2 yoga blocks handy whenever I practice yoga.
What if I can't join live?
No worries – you will receive a recording of the session that will be available to you for 1 month.
