It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. You can also retreat at home! Integrate yoga, breathwork and mindfulness into your day. Embark on a 4-day journey with 45 minutes vacation per day.
Choose happy | Let’s create some Easter magic as well as being mindful of our resources, such as time, energy and money. In less than 1 hour per day, divided into 2 sessions we can flexibly integrate wellbeing into our (holi)days.
We will start the MORNINGS with a 15 minute breathwork and journaling session. This will help us begin the day in a mindful manner with a clear intention.
In the EVENINGS we will move, practice yoga and integrate some somatic body work for about 30 minutes. This will help us end the day in a calm manner with a fresh mind.
All classes are pre-recorded so you can take them whenever you want and whenever it fits into your day!

I will accompany you during the retreat via a WhatsApp group where we can exchange and cheer each other on! Also, I am there for any questions you might have or if you want to discuss something that came up during the time of the retreat.

Everything had depth, yet there was also lightness. I was able to truly slow down and come back to myself. What made the experience so special was Steffi’s way of guiding us. She is incredibly present and sensitive, and she works very intuitively.
Retreat Highlights
- Daily yoga classes in different styles ranging from vinyasa to hatha, yin and restorative yoga

- Take your time: the retreat will be available to you for 3 months (until 4th of July 2026)
What you will need
- A quiet space for yourself for about an hour a day
- Yoga mat (or any other type of underlay)
- 2 yoga blocks (or anything roughly that size – 2 books could do the trick!)
- A bolster or a couch pillow or even just a thick blanket
- Candles
- Comfortable clothing
- Something to note down your thoughts
- Internet connection and a device
- WhatsApp (optional)
What you will get
- The feeling of having time, calm and freedom as if you were on vacation only at home (or wherever you are)
- A new way to spend the Easter Holidays with a playful integration of the Easter theme (we’ll have fun!)
- You will let go and feel lighter, slow down and be more mindful, spread light and create happiness and cultivate a sense of joy
- 45 minutes every day just for you, spending time with things that make you feel good and happy
- Flexible stability: a strucutred program you can complete at your own pace in your own time frame
Program
Inspired by the (his)story, we will celebrate our own interpretation of Easter.
We will let go and flow, slow down, invite in light and begin to bloom.
Good Friday: the day of Jesus‘ death. It is the day of endings, so let’s get rid of negative stress and emotions that no longer serve you. We’ll shake it off, breathe it out and use our body to help us release tension.
Holy Saturday: the day of waiting and preparing. We are so used to distractions and constant input that we often struggle with doing „nothing“. So let’s slow down and smell the roses.
Resurrection Sunday: the day hope takes over and the world becomes brighter again. Life is full of ups and downs. And still we can find somehting to be grateful for in every moment. Let’s invite in light today.
Easter Monday: the day of the encounter of Jesus with his disciples. It is a day of awe and new beginnings. The Magnolia stands for soft strength, endurance and longevity. Let’s awaken our joy and meet the Easter Bunny!

What if life gets in the way?
The online retreat costs are not refundable. The content will be available for you for the duration of 3 months, so even if something gets in the way, you can still enjoy the full experience.

However, if something completely unforeseen happens, I would like to offer you 2 options:
- Transfer your spot to a future online retreat (in case it has a higher price, you will only need to pay the difference), or
- Transfer your spot to another person (contact me at happy@stephaniehuhn.com with the contact information of your designated person).
These options are only available before the online retreat starts.
