\u00a0Die Landschaften auf den Hochebenen in der Atacama W\u00fcste sehen aus wie gemalt und ich kam mir vor als w\u00fcrde ich in einem Gem\u00e4lde stehen und nicht in der echten Welt, so strahlend und fast unwirklich wirkten die Farben. Alle Blau-, Gr\u00fcn-, Gelb- und Rott\u00f6ne sind vertreten. Und alles wirkt so lebendig. Auch wenn man manchmal ganz genau hinschauen muss, um die Viku\u00f1as oder die anderen Tiere zu entdecken, die hier leben und ganz wunderbar mit ihrer Umgebung verschmelzen.<\/p>\n

Die Sonne taucht die Landschaft manchmal in ein ganz sanftes Licht mit Pastellfarben und weichen \u00dcberg\u00e4ngen, das allem den Anschein eines zarten Neuanfangs gibt. Andere Male bringt sie die Farben so brilliant zum Ausdruck, dass scharfe Kontraste entstehen und jedes Element einzeln in Szene gesetzt wird. Wieder andere Male bringt die Sonne den Himmel zum Brennen und wenn sie verschwunden ist, funkeln die Sterne (und die Milchstra\u00dfe, die Planeten und die Galaxien) am Himmel wie Diamanten – nur so viel sch\u00f6ner.<\/p>\n

Die Natur ist hier wild und ungez\u00e4hmt. Das Meer ist ungest\u00fcm und kalt, mit tosender Brandung. Die W\u00fcste offenbart alle Extreme – von klirrender K\u00e4lte in den Morgen- und Nachtstunden bis hin zu schw\u00fcler Hitze am Tag. Unter der Erde brodeln die geothermischen Felder und erinnern daran, dass wir uns hier auf vulkanischem Gebiet befinden. Die Erde ist hier in Bewegung, was man am Knacken der Salzformationen h\u00f6rt, was eine leichte G\u00e4nsehaut verursacht. Es geht von Meeresh\u00f6he hinauf bis in die extremen H\u00f6hen (\u00fcber 4.000 Meter), die dir die Luft wegnehmen und dich zwingen so mit dir umzugehen als w\u00e4rst du 80 Jahre alt: langsam. Hier passt du dich deiner Umgebung an – nicht andersherum.<\/p>\n

Ob es daran liegt, dass die Natur hier so gewaltig ist, so pr\u00e4sent, dass ihre Energie und ihre Farben auf die Menschen abf\u00e4rben? Hier gibt es einfach so viel Inspiration und Kreativit\u00e4t. Wenn du durch die Stra\u00dfen Valpara\u00edsos schlenderst, entdeckst du hinter jeder Ecke, in jedem Winkel eine Form von Kunst. Alles ist bunt – und alles hat eine Bedeutung. Es steckt sehr viel Geschichte und Wissen in den Kunstwerken und es ist unglaublich spannend in diese Kultur einzutauchen und von den Bildern zu lernen. Sie erz\u00e4hlen ganze Geschichten, wenn man sich die Zeit nimmt sich damit zu befassen und sie zu interpretieren.<\/p>\n

Wobei viele Dinge auch ein R\u00e4tsel sind. Und wahrscheinlich auch immer bleiben werden. Wenn du in eine wirklich magisch-mystische Welt eintauchen m\u00f6chtest oder einen Ort suchst, der von allem und jedem so weit entfernt ist wie nur m\u00f6glich, dann reise auf die Osterinsel – Rapa Nui. Bis heute ranken sich viele Mythen und R\u00e4tsel um die ‚Moai‘, die riesigen Steinstatuen, von denen man weder so genau wei\u00df wie die Ureinwohner sie dort positionierten, noch warum sie es taten. Es gibt einige Erkl\u00e4rungsversuche, die mehr oder weniger wahrscheinlich sind (oder sein k\u00f6nnten). Mir gef\u00e4llt die Version am Besten, wonach die Moai Wachm\u00e4nner sind, die die Inselbewohner besch\u00fctzen und entlang der K\u00fcste stehen. Das erkl\u00e4rt vielleicht auch, warum sie alle – au\u00dfer 1 Formation – nicht auf das Meer blicken, sondern in das Landesinnere. Und ja – es mag auf Rapa Nui nicht viele Attraktionen geben, aber die Atmosph\u00e4re, die hier herrscht, ist einfach magisch und einzigartig. Hier zu sein erinnert mich an all die Dinge, die wir nicht wissen.<\/p>\n

Vielleicht ist was Chile so bunt macht auch die Lebenseinstellung der Menschen: das beste aus dem machen was da ist, sich dem Leben anpassen, das Hier und Jetzt genie\u00dfen, sich inspirieren und treiben lassen, liebenswert gegen\u00fcber Fremden sein und sie mit offenen Armen empfangen. Die Chilenen teilen was sie haben und lassen dich teilhaben. Und so l\u00e4sst du vielleicht auch etwas Farbe dort und leistest auf deine Art und Weise deinen Beitrag zu diesem abtrakten Kunstwerk und machst es dadurch spannender und bunter.<\/p>\n
