I love stories. A boring history lesson suddenly became fascinating when the dry facts were wrapped into a story. So rather than simply presenting you with dry theory, I prefer to share stories from my own life. Experiences that have taught me something, shaped who I am, and given me insights along the way.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make sure that you are able to take something away from these stories and apply it to your own life, I complement them with insights and models from coaching and the science of happiness. I\u2019ll also give you reflection questions that invite you to connect what you\u2019ve heard with your own experiences. And, of course, there\u2019s time and space for us to dive into a conversation, explore your questions, and exchange ideas.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s Talk Story\u201d<\/strong> is a Hawaiian expression that means exactly that: having a relaxed conversation and sharing stories and experiences from life!<\/p>\n
