Let\u2019s root down together and plant trees!<\/p>\n
In honor of Earth Day on April 22nd, I felt it\u2019s a good time to invite more grounding into our lives. Deep roots give us the stability and support to grow tall and fully unfold.<\/p>\n
The Earth encompasses so much. But in this session, we will focus on trees. There is something incredibly grounding and calming about walking through a forest, listening to the rustling of leaves in the wind, watching the light filter through the canopy, and breathing in the fresh air.<\/p>\n
At the same time, trees are real superheroes. They don\u2019t just stabilize us, but also the climate by absorbing CO\u2082 through photosynthesis and producing oxygen. They provide a habitat for countless animal and plant species so they are preserving biodiversity. They also cool their surroundings, store water, and help prevent flooding. Their roots protect the soil from erosion and keep it fertile.<\/p>\n
In this session, we will root ourselves, find stability, reconnect with nature \u2014 and invite in a deep sense of grounding.<\/p>\n
